Org chart reality

See the actual department structure, not the org chart management wants you to see. How many people are in maintenance vs operations? Is the procurement team centralized or distributed? Are there gaps in key technical roles?

Key person risk

Identify executives with short tenure who may leave post acquisition. See which leaders have the deepest career history at the target and which were recently hired.

Talent depth

How many engineers have 10+ years at the facility? How many are in their first 2 years? The career history data reveals whether the workforce is experienced and stable or thin and transient.

Competitive poaching risk

After an acquisition announcement, competitors recruit aggressively. See which of the target's key people previously worked at competitors and may have existing relationships that make them flight risks.
