Account Information: When you register for the Service, we collect your name, email address, company name, and role. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is collected and processed by our third party payment processor, Stripe, and is not stored on our servers.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, search queries, timestamps, browser type, device information, and IP address.

Cookies and Tracking: We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third party advertising trackers. We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns.

3. Executive Profile Data

The Service displays professional profile data about executives at energy and industrial companies. This data is compiled from publicly available sources including professional networking platforms, corporate websites, regulatory filings, and press releases. This data includes names, job titles, company affiliations, career histories, and professional contact information. We do not collect or display personal home addresses, personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, or other private information about the individuals profiled in the Service.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) process your subscription and payments; (c) send transactional communications such as account confirmations and billing notices; (d) respond to your support requests; (e) monitor usage patterns and enforce our Terms and Conditions including data scraping protections; (f) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the Service, including hosting providers (Vercel), database providers (Supabase), and payment processors (Stripe), each of which have their own privacy policies; (b) professional advisors such as attorneys and accountants as needed; (c) law enforcement or government agencies when required by law, subpoena, or court order; (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified of any change in ownership or use of your information.

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
