How ExecGraph protects subscriber data and handles contact information.
All data transmitted between your browser and ExecGraph is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Connections over HTTP are automatically redirected to HTTPS.
ExecGraph is hosted on Supabase and Vercel — both of which maintain SOC 2 Type II certification. Your data resides in infrastructure audited annually for security, availability, and confidentiality controls.
View Supabase compliance documentation →Each subscriber account accesses only their own data. Row-level security policies enforced at the database layer ensure no account can access another account's search history, saved contacts, or activity data.
All data stored in ExecGraph's database is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Encryption is managed at the infrastructure level by Supabase.
ExecGraph aggregates publicly available professional information from LinkedIn and other public sources. The contact records in the ExecGraph database consist of information that professionals have chosen to make publicly visible on their LinkedIn profiles, including name, job title, employer, career history, and professional skills.
ExecGraph does not collect, store, or display private personal information including home addresses, personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, or financial information.
Direct contact details (work email addresses) where available are sourced through PDL (People Data Labs), a third-party data provider that maintains its own privacy compliance program. Subscribers may only use contact details for legitimate professional outreach.
When you create an ExecGraph account we collect your work email address and role type. If you complete the optional onboarding profile we also store your name, company, and target markets. We collect standard usage logs including search queries and pages visited.
ExecGraph does not sell, rent, or share your account data or your search activity with any third party. Your target account list, search history, and tracked contacts are private to your account and are never used for advertising, prospecting, or resale.
Active subscriber data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your account data at any time using the form below.
If you are an individual whose professional information appears in the ExecGraph database and you would like it removed, submit a removal request below. We will process your request within 5 business days.
