Corrections Policy and Public Change Log
ExecGraph publishes industrial research that can change as roles, facilities, projects, and turnaround schedules change. We correct material factual errors, update stale evidence, and preserve visible confidence labels when the available evidence remains uncertain.
What qualifies for correction
Incorrect names, titles, operators, facility assignments, dates, source attribution, quantities, or statements that materially change the meaning of a page qualify for review.
What is an ordinary update
A role change, newly published turnaround date, refreshed public filing, or improved source can update a page without proving the previous statement was unreasonable at the time.
How evidence is handled
Confirmed, probable, possible, inferred, illustrative, and unavailable labels are preserved until stronger evidence supports a different classification.
Publication control
High-risk corrections remain human-gated. Automated systems may collect evidence and propose revisions, but they do not independently publish sensitive claims.
Submit a correction
Include the page URL, the exact statement, your proposed correction, and a source that supports the change. Contact information is used only to clarify the request and is not published.
