Valero Port Arthur: 2027 cycle candidate
Cycle projection; no operator schedule.
Valero Port Arthur has worked a January block in three of the last five years: hydrocracker, FCC, hydrotreater, sulfur and alkylation units in January 2022; AVU 147 and HCU 942 in February 2023; and seven units over 56 days from January 15, 2024. On that pattern the 2022 conversion block returns in 2027. Valero has not disclosed a schedule. This entry is a projection.

Valero said on October 22, 2026 that it stays on its turnaround schedule and does not defer maintenance, and that the Port Arthur diesel hydrotreater rebuild after the March 2026 incident was on track for year-end 2026 completion. The rebuild may change how the site sequences early 2027 work.

A projected entry is a planning estimate built from the facility's last documented turnaround and a typical unit cycle. It is not an announced schedule, and the operator has not confirmed any 2027 work at this site.
Use it to decide where to prequalify and whose next quarterly disclosure to watch. Do not use it to time mobilization or to represent a schedule to a customer.
